A large modern warehouse space in the Mills/50 District will be filled with cardboard art hanging from the ceiling, stuck to the walls and sprouting up from the ground. A different food, music and cultural event is scheduled each night, with gallery hours taking place during the day. 2014 marks the second year of The Daily City® Cardboard Art Festival, put together by Mark Baratelli, Christie Miga, Brendan O’Connor, Denna Beena and presented by The Daily City® blog.

A Masquerade for a Cause

Grace and Murk created an original headdress for Savoy Orlando‘s (www.SavoyOrlando.com) participation at the 2013 Headdress Ball. We helped raise money for the Hope and Help Center of Central Florida and won the “Peoples Choice Award” ! Here is a video clip of “Lord Savoy” and his coquettish companion.

The Legend of Queen Frysca and the Frostopia Paradise

Here is an exclusive look at the newest custom conceptual garments created by Grace and Murk. We teamed up with the amazing talents of Penguin Entertainment and the cutting edge stylists at Trend Studios. In our collaboration we created a frozen panoply of enchanting characters for the Jingle Eve event in the Ivanhoe Village. Its a girl!

Thank you to everyone that came out to Virginia Dr. Live and our Grace and Murk opening event! It was very exciting to meet such a variety of people interested in our work. We also had the opportunity to show off the newest addition to our G+M family, our lime green mannequin (whom we haven’t named yet) sporting our Nebulux dress and shield.
